High 5 Coaching LLC dba Double Your Dojo
Black Belt Business Academy Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between High 5 Coaching LLC dba Double Your Dojo ("Company") and the enrolling member ("Member") for participation in the Black Belt Business Academy program ("Program"). By enrolling in the Program, Member agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Automatic Billing & Payments

  • By enrolling in the Program, Member authorizes Company to charge their credit or debit card on a bi-weekly basis, until the subscription is canceled by the Member. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled until 3 months AFTER sign up (first payment). No exceptions. 
  • After any introductory pricing period, Company may charge the full Program fee without further notice.
  • Payments will recur automatically unless the Member cancels their subscription through the official online portal at least 48 hours prior to the next billing date.

2. Access & Usage of Program Materials

  • All Program content, including but not limited to templates, guides, scripts, videos, and resources (“Materials”), is proprietary to High 5 Coaching LLC dba Double Your Dojo and is intended solely for the enrolled Member’s personal and professional use.
  • Sharing, distributing, or allowing others to access Program Materials or login credentials is strictly prohibited.
  • If unauthorized sharing of Materials or login information is discovered, Member will have their access immediately terminated without refund and may be subject to legal action and/or litigation for damages.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Member may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account on the designated cancellation portal.
  • Upon cancellation, Member will retain access to the Program until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

4. Program Changes & Updates

  • Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Program at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes that affect their access.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Company provides strategies and resources to assist Member's business growth. However, Company does not guarantee specific results. Member assumes full responsibility for implementing Program content and agrees that Company is not liable for any business outcomes.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of [Insert State].
  • Any disputes arising under this Agreement will first attempt resolution through mediation. If mediation fails, litigation will take place in [Insert City/State].

7. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the Black Belt Business Academy, Member agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
